The Norwegian VFX Awards celebrates Norway’s outstanding talent and achievements in Visual Effects, CGI, and Animation.
Our mission is to showcase exceptional work and innovation within our community, ignite motivation, encourage collaboration, and push the boundaries of visual storytelling.
Through recognizing excellence, we aim to inspire future generations to explore the limitless possibilities of visual effects artistry. We’re excited to announce the inaugural award ceremony, scheduled to be held in Oslo this summer on the 8th of June 2024.

The awardshow starts at 19:00
Nominations are now open for the following categories:
1. VFX in Commercial
2. VFX in Feature/Serial
3. Animation in Commercial
4. Animation in Feature/Serial
5. Pre-Production for Student Film
6. Student Short Film
7. Student VFX Shot
8. Student Animation
All productions completed and started in 2023 are eligible, and may be submitted for consideration via Filemail to award@vfxnorge.no
